Asia Naphtha/Gasoline - Gasoline crack drops to weakest level since late-Dec

"Although the Singapore gasoline cracks have gained more than 50% in the last two months, they are still 57.6% lower than their five-year seasonal average for this time of the year.

'The latest uptick (in cracks) is likely an anticipation of refinery maintenance come March/April,' said Philip Jones-Lux, market analyst at consultancy JBC Energy. But a 'sustained strength' might be difficult to gather, he added.

'With inventories across the region building sharply and capacity returning in the short term, gasoline cracks are likely to fade in February.'"
